Richard helped us sell our home when we were unhappy with our purchase. He was very kind and supportive. We found him to be knowledgeable of the market, and created a beautiful listing. He was very responsive, had great advice throughout the process and successfully negotiated a price that we felt comfortable with. We look forward to working with him again to purchase our new home.
