Richard was/is indispensible!

When relocating to Virginia, Richard was instrumental with finding us our new home. When we began the process of relocating, we had another realtor who was not meeting our needs. Richard was recommended to us through a relative. During our first conversation with Richard, I directly told him that we needed an agent who would do more than “open the lockbox” at homes we found through various websites. Richard did so much more that just unlock the door. Over the last few years, we purchased three other properties and sold one property. Richard worked with us every step of the way through all these transactions. Could not have done it all without him!!
