After many years of renting our townhouse out and making very little money on it due to expenses, Richard got it sold in less than a month. Based on this analysis and on upgrades that I did to my townhouse Richard recommended a list price for the property that was very fair and accurate. After 24 hours on the market my townhouse sold for the asking price. The buyer paid cash for the property and did not require a home inspection. The whole process went smoothly and it was painless. When relocating to Virginia, Richard was instrumental with finding us our new home. When we began the process of relocating, we had another realtor who was not meeting our needs. Richard was recommended to us through a relative.
