A fairly easy and straightforward process

When we made the decision to sell our house all the questions and stresses of it started to come about and there where plenty. I called Richard after seeing some of his advertising through the mail and on Facebook and told him my situation. He has probably heard many situations throughout his years selling houses but they all come down to starting at step 1 and working your way though the process. He told me where we were going to start, what to expect and what was next. When we got started step by step the process moved along and in about a month our house was sold. This was my first sale and everyone is different but I need a realitor who kept the proceess simple and kept me informed along the way and Richard did that.
