Richard Feezle

Richard was a tremendous help on our recent move from out of state. I met him at an open house during my interview process, and stayed in touch for several months while the details were worked out. Our original intention was to purchase a house upon moving to Youngstown, and he showed us several excellent properties early on. It was very clear that he understood our needs, our tastes, and our priorities. When the employment process was delayed, Richard stayed patient, supportive, and vigilantly aware of potential homes for us. Once job negotiations were complete, we decided to wait to buy for a year or so. While I expected Richard to invite us to contact him when we were ready, Richard went WAY above and beyond the call of duty and promised to help find us a rental. And find one he did. He located a house that was in the perfect location and exactly fit our needs--and was right on budget. Then he helped negotiate the lease and stayed in contact with us throughout the move. When we come to buy a house in a year or so, there is NOBODY I'd trust more than Richard Feezle. I'd recommend him to my closest friends in a heartbeat.
