Richard was referred to me by my son and I was so impressed with his presentation when I met him that I knew he was who I needed to get my house sold. Richard came prepared with a whole folder of past sales and comps for my area. He even included a biography of his life so when he was done you felt like you really knew him. Richard helped get my house ready for market and he had great knowledge on what I needed to fix to get the price I wanted. My house was on the market 4 days and sold right away. During the 30 day escrow Richard provided a detailed list with dates of when things needed o be done. He kept in contact with me the whole time and helped to be sure we were ready to close.
