Richard was very supportive and thorough throughout the entire process of listing and selling my multi-unit property in Baton Rouge. As I live out of town, it was a relief to know he was there handling the sale of my property. He always responded to me immediately and was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had. The listing process went smoothly, and when it came time, we had multiple offers and a back-up offer. We closed for more than what we listed it for and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
