Richard was very supportive and thorough throughout the entire process of listing and selling my multi-unit property in Baton Rouge. As I live out of town, it was a relief to know he was there handling the sale of my property. He always responded to me immediately and was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had. The listing process went smoothly, and when it came time, we had multiple offers and a back-up offer. We closed for more than what we listed it for and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only did he come by, take photos, and list the property as quickly as possible, but he also used many other avenues that other agents in the past have not like facebook, Instagram, etc. He even went from door to door in the neighborhood passing out flyers and talking to neighbors to spread "word of mouth" Long story short, my home had a contract in about a month from listing the property. I myself, am an appraiser who meets agents almost on a daily basis, but there are few as professional/quick to respond, and aggressive as Richard.
