He handled all the negotiations with the seller in a professional manner. His knowledge and experience were essential as we went through the home inspection and due diligence process. He helped us overcome a deficient appraisal that would otherwise have caused us to loose the home. He worked with the lender to arrange a new appraisal and helped provide comparables.
