As first time homebuyers, we had a lot to learn and a lot of questions to ask! We didn’t just want to purchase a house, we wanted to learn about the pros and cons of various features in order to make an informed decision for our growing family. After meeting a few realtors, we were introduced to Richard. Previous realtors presented as fast talking sales people. One of the first things that stood out to us about Richard was his calm conversational tone and willingness to always take the time to answer questions. Never once did he make us feel like our first time home buyer questions were ridiculous or repetitive. He did not just find us a house to buy, he helped us learn about house buying. We will always remember how willing he was to walk us through, page by page, a huge contract, even though it took over three hours!
