When I decided I wanted to move to southern Washington, I had never even been there. The closest I ever got was a couple of work trips to Seattle. So confident, in fact, that I bought my house sight unseen and moved here, and It's the best decision I could have made for myself.

My wife and I made the decision to relocate to the Battle Ground area but didn’t have anyone here to help us start or ask advice from, until I found a great video on YouTube Rick had made. I could tell from the start he really loved the area as he narrated through Main Street and through different subdivisions and neighborhoods. He was also fantastic throughout the purchase period, staying in communication with us and being flexible with his schedule when we needed to have inspections done. He handled all the little snags during the purchase, and I would 100% use him again if we ever decide to move (but our new place is perfect, so that’ll be a while). He and his family also gave us a warm welcome when handing over the keys, and it definitely felt like coming home. I can’t recommend him enough.
