I recently had the pleasure of working with Rick Anderson, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. What stood out the most was how responsive and helpful he was throughout the entire process. Rick was always just a call or text away, ready to help with any questions or issues which made everything a lot less stressful. He’s not only great at what he does but also genuinely nice to work with. He even brought a housewarming gift after the closing!

I've worked with Rick on 2 house purchases in the last year. He goes out of his way to take care of his clients. Rick has traveled all over southwest washington to show us houses and is always pleasant about us just wanting to look at just one. I will always refer him to anyone I know that is looking to purchase a home. Recently he just sold us a perfect home by the beach that he is welcome to enjoy with his family anytime he can. Love this guy.

When I decided I wanted to move to southern Washington, I had never even been there. The closest I ever got was a couple of work trips to Seattle. Do to my strong desire to move away from where I had been living for most of my life, I started trying to figure out specifically where in southern Washington to live. So, like a lot of people these days, I went to YouTube and began searching, and that's where I found Rick's channel. After watching several of his videos, I decided to reach out to him to see if he could help me find a place. Rick went above and beyond to find properties, had answers to all my questions, and when I asked him for his recommendation on where to live, I was confident in it. So confident, in fact, that I bought my house sight unseen and moved here, and It's the best decision I could have made for myself.

Our home buying experience was excellent. Despite the issues with the property Richard got us what we wanted with great communication the entire time. He is our go to person for our real estate needs.

My husband and I were so grateful for Rick’s help as we navigated the process of finding a home in Southern Washington while living out of state, transitioning out of the Military and parenting two young kids. Needless to say, there were ups and there were downs! But Rick held our first time home-buyer hands the whole way, helping explain any complexities and answering our questions with patience. He went to see properties on our behalf, gave us virtual tours and helped us find a reputable inspector when our offer was accepted. My husband and I each flew up separately to view two different homes and each time Rick was there with a smile waiting for us! Even when there were bumps in the road because of a challenging seller, Rick was calm and collected. We needed that kind of energy and support, and I am happy to report that we are finally done! We are excited to make many family memories in our new house and make it a home for our kids. Can’t believe we found this guy on YouTube- haha. My wife and I made the decision to relocate to the Battle Ground area but didn’t have anyone here to help us start or ask advice from, until I found a great video on YouTube Rick had made. I could tell from the start he really loved the area as he narrated through Main Street and through different subdivisions and neighborhoods. He seemed like the “boots on the ground” person we needed so I gave him a call. We found in Rick exactly what we needed. He answers his phone and gives you the feeling you are his most important client. He gives you all the facts objectively, in an understandable format. He cares, really cares. He works hard for you. We had him and his assistant Kelsey drive all over again and again looking at homes and doing video walkthroughs until we found what suited us. He was thorough and professional throughput the process and never forgot a form or a signature, ever. Both our buyers and sellers had those issues, we did not and it was a huge relief. Buying or selling a home is one of the most stressful things we do in life. Finding a good, really good, caring and honest realtor makes the process that much easier.
