After selling my Mom's house in Brighton we decided to use Rich to sell a rental property in Medina that had been listed with several Real Estate agents for over a year. Within a couple of months after Rich listed it we sold the property. My wife then decided to buy a commercial building for an entrepreneurial venture. After finding a building she was interested in that was listed with a different realtor we contacted Rich to represent us as the buyer because of his past excellent service. As it turned out, Rich had listed, and sold the building in the past and was able to enrich us with his knowledge of the building.
