Rich Miller has been our real estate agent for years while we’ve searched for a house in the Western NY area. Rich has been unfailingly patient in showing us all kinds of residential properties. We’re perhaps some of his pickier clients, so we appreciate his supportive attitude. Rich was always available when I had a question or concern. If I left him a message he was very prompt returning my phone call. During the process of house hunting, he was patient, readily available, informative explaining various things I was just learning, & helped me by telling me exactly as things were. He took a lot of time to help me with the mortgage paper chase and submitting the paperwork to the Broker, & helped me to feel at ease when I was overwhelmed or anxious.
