Riann is an amazing realtor! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home or looking to sell. In our case, Riann helped us sell our first home in Hurst, Texas, and made the process as simple and fast as possible for us. From interview to closing, she was professional, knowledgeable, strategic, thorough, and responsive. Straightforward, yet friendly and approachable. Most of all, I felt that she was looking out for our interests and was very patient with all our questions. She works with a wonderful stager and when our home went on the market, we had multiple offers on the first day. From there, she guided us very competently through the whole process, from signing the contract to inspection and follow-ups to appraisal, and finally, she even came with us to the closing (even took our picture afterwards with smiles on our faces). The whole process from interview to closing was just over 1 month. We are so thankful to have met Riann through a chance encounter several months before we made the final decision to sell our home. We will always be grateful to her for helping us sell our first home, thereby enabling us to move forward toward new opportunities in our lives.

My wife and I are first time home buyers and have a 2 year old little girl. Our Realtor, Riann, was very helpful, professional, and personable. Once we realized we couldn’t really find anything in our price range, in the locations we wanted, we started to look at the entire DFW metroplex. We were looking at properties from Rowlett to Saginaw, and everything in between. Riann was so accommodating looking at properties for several hours and in different parts of the metroplex on the weekends. Not to mention looking at a few properties on weeknights once we got off work, several nights a week. Once we found a place we liked she was quick getting the paperwork emailed to us to e-sign (very convenient) and worked well with our lender to make sure everything was being handled on time. She has been such a great help in finding our first house. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good Realtor.
