Although we were moving to an area outside her home territory, she eagerly jumped in to help us. She learned the new area, traveled there several times to meet us, and persevered with us. She really went out of her way for us and worked very hard with us, looking at more than 30 properties on short notice, working whenever we were available (including Mother's Day). She worked through all the hurdles--we had very specific requirements and a very compressed timeline. She was willing to do whatever she needed to do to get us in a house and we would not have met our dates without her. She is unfailingly cheerful, focused, and persevering. At times when we would get frustrated, she just dug in and kept going. She negotiated for us several times with the best combination of a velvet glove over a fist of iron. On top of all her excellent professional qualities, she is a really fun, witty, and enjoyable person with whom to spend time.
