Very responsive to issues that came up during selling process

Rhonnda was so helpful during the process of selling our home! We decided to pay for an inspection in advance of putting our house on the market, and she was so helpful in deciding the proactive repairs to choose! Without her guidance, we would have paid for a variety of unnecessary expenses. Before we actually listed our home, she continually monitored the market conditions and advised on changes to the listing price. We had 10 showings in 2 days, with 3 strong offers.
