Excellent experience
Rhonda made selling our house a great experience. She gave us input on how to declutter and stage our house so that it showed as good as it could. We followed her advice. The market was hot at that time. We listed the house at a price comparable to other similar home sales in the area. There were several offers the first day at and above our list price. We chose one of the offers and Rhonda had a sales contract the day after it was listed. Everything from start to closing went smoothly. Rhonda worked hard for us through the whole process.
