Rhonda was very knowledgable about the historic area, where we were looking, as well as the surrounding area. She was able to answer all of our questions. She was great at communicating with us and keeping us informed understanding what we wanted. She had flexible thinking with negotians, had excellent recommendations for inspectors, lending, etc. She proved to be very trustworthy and caring. Everything went smoothly and we would not hesitate to use her again!
