Rhonda did an outstanding job in helping us to sell farm property that belonged to my mom. She did her homework to find our what had to be done to get the property ready to sell. She took care of getting the survey completed as well as the septic fields, and making sure all the proper paperwork with the state was done that made the process go smoothly for us, as we would not have known what to do! She also went to auctions in the area to compare those sales to what price she thought our property could be listed, and got a price for us we were very happy with! She handled getting all the paperwork ready for the title company and everything went smoothly on the day of closing with no issues.
