Rhoda did a fantastic job as our Buyer's Agent in 2016. Because of our great purchasing experience with Rhoda, she was our first call when we decided to sell the same property. We met with Rhoda in January of 2020 to do a walk-though of our home and discuss list prices, staging, etc. We wanted to officially list our home on the market in March or April. Rhoda suggested that listing sooner, rather than later, would be beneficial. We were hesitant, but decided to trust her extensive expertise and we listed our home in early February. By late February, we were in escrow. Before closing, the COVID crisis began. Of course, this added stress to the escrow process, but Rhoda was an absolute champion for us - everything sailed as smoothly as one could possibly hope for. Due to Rhoda's meritorious advice, we were able to sell of our home at a higher price point than expected during the middle of a global pandemic. I cannot think of a more impressive feat.
