I live in Ohio and have been to Canton many times but do not know the area as a local would. My single daughter accepted a position in Canton and was moving from Florida to Canton. My daughter's supervisor had used Rhesa when she purchased a home and recommended her. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the amount time and the comments Rhesa gave to us and our daughter. My daughter's budget had many homes pop up that were very old or maybe not in the best of neighborhoods. My daughter liked one and Rhesa told her that if she were her single daughter she would not recommend her living in that area. As a parent, I really appreciated that. My daughter offered on 3 homes and did not get them because of higher offers. My daughter was on her way to South Carolina to be in a wedding when one popped up on Zillow that she liked from the pictures. Knowing houses were only lasting a day or two, she called Rhesa. After being in probably 20 houses, Rhesa knew my daughter's price range and likes. Rhesa went that evening and looked at the house and told my daughter she thought she would like it. The next day my wife drove to Canton and videoed the house with my daughter watching from South Carolina. My daughter made an offer, got the house, and closed last week.
