Mr. Reza Niroomand is a seasoned veteran, Real Estate Broker. He was very diligent in conducting open houses every weekend which did result in the sale of my property. He was always available for questions and concerns when issues came up during the process. He has a very kind and gentle personality which has a calming effect, during some of the stressful situations during the transaction. During both of my purchases through Reza, he has been a thoughtful and thorough realtor who takes the time to make sure his clients are happy. He's patient and when it comes to negotiating the price with the other realtor, he works hard and is client-centered.

We had this run downed condo next to a bus stop, on a corner of a busy intersection. He personally found multiple contractors to renovate the property, which also took a lot of dealing with that awful HOA.
