Our selling and buying experience was difficult with one buyer backing out and the seller backing out because of that and then needing to find another buyer and house to purchase... Uhg...it was beyond stressful and difficult for sure, but through it all Reynaldo was knowledgeable and when our emotions were high and judgement was shaky due to the issues we were dealing with he was level headed and always had a strategy. This realtor is what I describe as a bulldog because he was aggressive in his strategy, but wise in his approach. He was definitely the realtor we needed during a difficult real estate transaction.

I was that picky buyer that wanted the turnkey property and had a vision of what my perfect home would look like in my head and refused to settle for anything less. Reynaldo understood that and never once tried to sell us on anything we didn’t 100% love. Our offer was accepted that same night, we opened escrow the following day and received the keys to our dream home just 3 weeks later.
