Rett Harmon is a community connector and recognized leader in real estate video marketing, as well as a respected voice in the industry. He is both an active REALTOR® and Co-Owner of Century 21 Novus, a thriving brokerage with 60+ agents, 10 staff members, and over 700 properties under management. Rett began his real estate career in 2001 while attending the University of West Georgia, where he earned his B.B.A. in Real Estate.
In 2018, he formed Rettro Group, a top-producing sales team within C21 Novus, where he and his team actively list and sell homes, land, and commercial properties. Rett is also a business owner, investor, real estate developer, and Eagle Scout, and is well-known for his bold marketing strategies that set his team apart. He serves on the board of Central Lions Fishing, one of the largest school bass fishing programs in the Southeast, and is a proud supporter of Reels for Easter Seals, a nonprofit he helped establish to raise funds for local Easter Seals programs. Passionate about sharing knowledge, he frequently contributes to real estate publications, produces educational videos, and speaks at industry events nationwide.
At home, Rett and his wife, Jenn, stay busy with their three children. When not working, he enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and spending time outdoors.
