Where do I start, Renita is AMAZING!!! I literally went through two realtors before coming in contact with Renita. I was in the process of looking for property and the previous realtor claimed she "locked me into a contract" though I was unaware of this and wanted to continue looking at properties until I found the right fit. Ms. Renita Crawley is an amazing & knowledgeable realtor. What a wonderful & patient person she proved to be throughout this entire process. She demonstrated on several levels her determination to find exactly what we was looking for. We started working with her in late March. We mentioned to her the areas we thought we would like to move to & she went to work locating a list of homes for viewing. We viewed several homes in Douglas, Carroll, Rockdale & Henry county only to decide against the homes we viewed or against the area. This amounted to about 25-30 homes viewed & how did she respond. "don't worry, I'm going to find exactly what you'll looking for" & back to work she went looking for our homes. I personally felt like we was putting her through the ringer but she demonstrated a higher than normal degree of professionalism & patience. She never made us feel like she was tired of us or rushing us to make a decision. She was more concern with us being happy. She was willing to come out any day of the week we were available to look at homes. There was a time when we placed a contract on two homes only to change our minds due to what the home inspector discovered & there again she promptly assisted us in the cancellation process. After 2 months & days upon days of looking, she proved why she the BEST … she found the home & area we was looking for. We are so happy to be living in a premier country club & very appreciative to have had such a hard working realtor on our team. I wish I could give her 10 stars cause she's so deserving of all 10. We have & will continue to recommend her to ANYONE we hear of thats looking for a home. In addition I would like to thank her in assisting us in the sell of our previous home & for scheduling both closing on the same day.
