As a first time homebuyer, in a not so favorable market, Renita made it as painless as she possibly could. She gave me a ton of information and told me what the best plan of action was for my income, credit, financing, etc. She was patient when I basically stopped moving forward in the process for a few months to get my stuff together because I didn’t check a few boxes she encouraged me to have done, then picked right back up and showed us at least 15 houses when I said I was ready. She really took in what we wanted and narrowed in on homes that were dang near perfect. In this market, she fought for us in bidding wars, but she was honest and let us know when it just wasn’t worth what the buyer was willing to provide for repairs and concessions. In our final negotiations.... she got our closing costs covered (which the buyer said he wouldn’t do) and insisted on an upgraded home warranty which has been a life saver already!!! Renita is personable, engaged, and she really really cares about her clients. 15 out of 10 stars.... would highly recommend.

A Faith Walk With An Angel... Our journey in this sellers market started about 3 months ago. Renita was transparent about the buying process as well as the do’s and don’ts from day 1. We encountered many obstacles in such a short 3 months; rejection of countless offers, showing being shut down by law enforcement and house had COVID occupant... I was so ready to just give up, but Renita encouraging words helped me stay on the journey. Renita remained professional, ready to answer any questions and kept me informed with other homes. She suggested that we start putting blind offers on homes to better our chances in this crazy market. I followed her guidance and put an offer on a home... Yay... Offer accepted!!! Yes, binding for 6 days haven’t even seen the inside of the home. Renita calls... NO FUNDS for down payment assistance!! But.... Renita did NOT accept that... honey she moved mountains!!
