If she couldn’t talk then she would immediately reply with when she could get back to me and she would ! I never got “mailbox full” with Renee. Never had to call her twice she just always responded. Renee was honest and open to hearing my concerns and questions regarding her sale price suggestion. Using her experience and background to offer answers I knew I could trust her. I completely followed her lead with sales price and marketing my home and she was right on target. I actually moved out of state before my home was sold and from that far away she did an excellent job staying in touch and answering all my questions. It wasn’t another client but my real estate attorney who recommended her. He met Renee Schoenherr at a closing said she is smart knows her work and he would give her an A+ rating. So I took a chance and was very happy I did.

Renee was a very detailed in determining what we were looking for in a house. She was a great listener and then worked hard to provide results for us.
