Local knowledge and the fact Renee lives in the area and is up-to-date on local laws, licenses, and township culture was critical to selection. Due to Renee's contacts, house sold 3 days after placement of for-sale sign. No other advertising was necessary although she had a complete and thorough campaign laid out. It was impressive. Renee actually became a family friend! She also understood how emotional a loss of a parent and sale of her house could be. Could not ask for a more likable, personable agent who new her "Stuff". Overall experience far exceeded my expectations. A cash sale three days after for-sale sign was placed was simply phenomenal and closing went without a hitch. Entire sale with check in my bank account took about a month with no hassles or problems and no surprises. Couldn't ask for a smoother experience.
Since I was selling my family's house in Itasca, but have lived in California for over 20 years, I appreciated that Renee Schoenherr was very knowledgeable about the Itasca area. She was always available to answer my questions and went out of her way to take care of some of the things that I could not be there in person to do, like find a repairman or let in the meter reader.
