She coordinated every detail, including being our boots on the ground during the house hunting, inspection, escrow and closing process. Her knowledge of the area - including neighborhoods, schools, vendors, marine information, etc. - was extensive and integral to our success. Renee even personally picked up and stored packages that were inadvertently delivered to our new house before we were in the country.
