Renee was a joy to work with. She met with my wife and I to understand beyond just our next house, what we were looking for. She worked to understand the type of setting we were looking for (urban, suburban, rural, etc.), what we enjoy doing outside of the home, what types of amenities might be important to us, and so many other critical things. When we had questions or encountered unanticipated challenges, she was a calm, reasoned voice there to guide us through the process and offer her suggestions. When we met Renee she was our chosen expert, and now we consider her a friend.
From the first day Renee explained everything in detail, from the listing process, open house, accepting offers and closing process. She thoroughly looked at my home inside and out and made suggestions for improvements and eye appealing decor. She was right about every suggestion she made because we had multiple offers the first day. Even though I wanted to accept the highest offer, through her experience she advised us the disadvantages of that offer and why it could possibly fall through. We accepted a slightly lower offer that was still well over our asking price, and closed with absolutely no problems in less than 3 weeks. We couldn’t have been Happier!!! Renee was great at selling my Wife’s townhome so when my Mother passed, we turned to her. Not only did she do a great job of selling the house she also has a heart and was sympathetic for my loss. We ran Renée ragged I think! We had to expand our options and Renée was so accommodating. When we finally found our house she met us out there (40 minutes each way) a few times so we could take measurements & get quotes for things we want to have changed. She coordinated every detail, including being our boots on the ground during the house hunting, inspection, escrow and closing process. Renee even personally picked up and stored packages that were inadvertently delivered to our new house before we were in the country.
