Renee came highly recommended through a friend that I know and trust. She also communicates very well and as such was always available when I needed her. She utilized her expert knowledge, experience, and insight to analyze the market, make suggestions, develop a marketing plan and also to stage and post the home for sale. Yes, she did come highly recommended but all the qualities I just mentioned are what convinced me that I had the right agent on my side. It was a pleasure working with Renee and because of her, I received a full price offer during the first week the home was on the market and the list price was higher than comparable homes that had recently sold in the same area, one of which was a renovation. We were in a spot in which we needed to sell quick due to pcsing out of the country. Renee and her partner were very understanding and did outstanding at keeping us in the loop even after we left NC! Within 2 weeks we got an offer at full list price and closing went so smooth. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
