She has all the necessary skills of being a realtor, but listened to what I/we needed, accepted our particular needs without judgment, and kept positive and calm through my, and my partner's, different particular stress & anxiety. Reina encouraged me to look at a home that was not on my desire-list, but in this rough scarce market, she could see that it would meet our needs. Her advice in all the negotiations was spot on, we did trust her, and she guided us through every intimidating step. We are so happy living in our home, six months later...
