We chose Reina to list my father's home of many years, and are so glad we did. The home was no longer suitable for my father as it was far too big and a lot to maintain. We like our neighbors and wanted good neighbors for my father's former neighbors. Of course, receiving a fair price in this fast moving market, was also a concern. Reina did a wonderful job pricing the home, negotiating the transaction, the home inspection, and staying on top of the mortgage process. Let me also disclose I am a RE broker and have had my license 30 years (in FL and NJ). For family and professional reasons, I thought it would be best to have another agent manage the transaction and sell the home. I know good agents, poor agents, and everything in between. Reina is a GREAT agent, and I do not give that rating easily. She really cares for clients, and has old fashioned values like hard work and perseverance. Be smart (like me) and use Reina.
