Reid was very responsive - during weekday, weekends and off-hours. He and his team provided a seamless experience - great communication. He helped with contractors, movers, negotiating, and provided the must needed advice but was always receptive to my thoughts as well. It was a pleasure to work with him. I felt like I got the 5-star experience that I was looking for.
