My wife and I began to look at purchasing a home in Wellsville back in Sep 16 as I was approaching retirement from the USAF. I trusted him, had confidence in him, and although contract negotiations with the seller were difficult at times, Regis came though for us time and time again. As I was first time buyer, he took extra time to explain everything to me and ensured that I fully understood the process. He was a first class professional at all times.
