Regis Handley

My wife and I began to look at purchasing a home in Wellsville back in Sep 16 as I was approaching retirement from the USAF. We contacted Regis around that time and asked him to show us one of the homes we were interested in. Upon meeting him, I knew from the start that he would be our realtor. I trusted him, had confidence in him, and although contract negotiations with the seller were difficult at times, Regis came though for us time and time again. As I was first time buyer, he took extra time to explain everything to me and ensured that I fully understood the process. He was a first class professional at all times. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends looking to purchase a home in Western NY.

Regis was very patient with us when we wanted to look at a bunch of different houses. He listened to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect house for us. He was very knowledable and was always quick to get back to us with any questions.
