Regina helped the reviewer sell this property

Great experience and wish we had contracted Regina sooner!

My husband and I put our house on the market in the later part of 2025. After many open houses a few price reductions, not receiving any offers, our listing expired, and we were extremely disappointed, to say the least. In the spring of 2026, we invited Regina to come over and meet with us. She showed us the most current and up-to-date market information so we could make a sound decision about pricing our home and understand how much money we would be walking away with. Regina took the time to go room by room with us, helping us stage the house properly and price it according to what the market was showing. Because of her honesty, professionalism, and guidance, our house sold in just 27 days! We were over the moon with the results. We honestly felt like our house would never sell, but it did because of Regina and The Cruz Team. We highly recommend Regina to anyone looking to get their house sold!
