As first-time homebuyers with an interest in investment/rental properties, we could not have asked for a better agent than Reggie. Before working with Reggie, we had been working with another agent who made us feel like a nuisance for asking questions and being an active part of our home search. Once we began working with Reggie, it was a full 180. He listened, took notes, and urged us to ask as many questions as we wanted to make sure we found the perfect place for us. As an investor and landlord himself, he was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with several contractor contacts throughout the process. He even gave us a book on the BRRRR method. Aside from his knowledge, he is also just a really cool dude and has a great sense of humor. He never made us feel pressured to make offers, increase our budget, etc. His team is great, too. When Reggie was out of town for a conference and we had a few properties we wanted to see, one of the other agents on his team took us to see the properties, and Reggie called us immediately after to get our thoughts and wrote up an offer for us while he was out of town. Once we had an accepted offer, Reggie was instrumental in negotiations, walking us through the inspection report and every other part of the process. I could probably go on, but the bottome line is, if you are a first-time homebuyer and/or interested in investment properties, look no further and just call Reggie. You won't be disappointed.
