Reggie made the entire process of selling my home stress free. His knowledge was superb, which was awesome because I didn't know anything. He answered any and all questions in a timely manner and made the entire experience enjoyable. I put the house on the market during the winter months, a rough time to show houses, but with Reggies hard work, it sold fast. I also had a ton of work that needed to get done before we listed. Everything from hard wood floor installation to replacing kitchen sinks, he had a highly professional company to recommend for everything I needed. Buying a house is a tough thing. Its a life altering event that can make life stressful! Working with Reggie in the beginning was awesome. We were happy to work along side to get the best experience possible. As the interactions progressed we seemed less and less on the same page.working with his team was an interesting experience as formal introductions were not done and most of the information we as the buyers recieved did not come from Reggie but from our lender. We eventually got our house! But it seemed like we could not get things settled until the last minute for many things. I am pleased with my home and wouldn't trade it for the world, however the process to get there I would alter a few things to make this new experience better. All in all, it was not what I thought it was going to be, but I am happy for the end result.

As first-time homebuyers with an interest in investment/rental properties, we could not have asked for a better agent than Reggie. Before working with Reggie, we had been working with another agent who made us feel like a nuisance for asking questions and being an active part of our home search. Once we began working with Reggie, it was a full 180. He listened, took notes, and urged us to ask as many questions as we wanted to make sure we found the perfect place for us. As an investor and landlord himself, he was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with several contractor contacts throughout the process. He even gave us a book on the BRRRR method. Aside from his knowledge, he is also just a really cool dude and has a great sense of humor. He never made us feel pressured to make offers, increase our budget, etc. His team is great, too. When Reggie was out of town for a conference and we had a few properties we wanted to see, one of the other agents on his team took us to see the properties, and Reggie called us immediately after to get our thoughts and wrote up an offer for us while he was out of town. Once we had an accepted offer, Reggie was instrumental in negotiations, walking us through the inspection report and every other part of the process. I could probably go on, but the bottome line is, if you are a first-time homebuyer and/or interested in investment properties, look no further and just call Reggie. You won't be disappointed.
