Rebel was very quick to respond and listened acutely. She quickly picked up on what we were looking for and didn't waste our time looking in neighborhood or homes that didn't fit our needs or budget. She did her homework and was very flexible in her schedule to meet our time frames. Rebel was quick to find answers, assist in resolving issues and brought up key things to consider. She is amazing and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. She is fantastic!!

Rebel was Fantastic. She communicated throughout the entire process. She was extremely helpful with staging our home and letting us know what we needed to do to attract buyers. Rebel was so helpful from our first contact until after closing. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to work with. We were moving from out of state and knew very little about Oregon but she help guide us from beginning to end and beyond. She knows her business and we trusted her implicitly. I almost miss our frequent calls but am so glad the finding, building and closing and moving in are done. I have given her name to others, that's how much I trust her.

To sell a home in the older West Linn area, built in 1907, we thought we were in for it. That it would be impossible. House had a million dollar view and good bones, but didn't have the ideal house plan, nor a garage. We had tried listing it ourselves as a FSBO a couple years prior, but couldn't sell it, so just hung onto it as a rental for many years. When the market took a turn this past year, we asked Rebel to sell our home. After interviewing 5 realtors, all people we knew, we went with Rebel Steirer. She seemed more motivated, had knowledge about older homes, and her demeanor and drive was a total plus. We had to deal with a first time home buyer, which can be nightmarish, but Rebel handled everything so professionally and walked us through every single bump in the road. Being such an older home, we had to replace our sewer system to city code standards, and Rebel went out of her way to get us bids, have people come look at it, advice, etc.. She just went the extra mile. She's a great realtor that puts you and your problems first. She just has what it takes to be a good realtor. Period. You have to be good with people, difficult people, and people like us that were annoyed by the buyers every demand. She handled everything so gracefully and with poise and good character. It's not shocking that she's been so successful since starting her real estate career, because she's just dedicated to her clients. 100% dedicated. If she can deal with me, then she can deal with just about anyone!! ;c)
