Rebekah (Becky) had done her due diligence on comparable sales in the area. She communicated well with me, and with the buyers agent in order to arrive at an acceptable offer on my home. The end result was a selling price/ closing that was the highest price of any other comparable home in my subdivision. I have known Becky for many years, and had confidence in her marketing and sales ability. Despite the uncertainty of the market during the Coronavirus pandemic, she worked hard to confirm showings, and my home sold in five days. She is fantastic!

I highly recommend Rebekah. We were purchasing a house for our parents and we needed to look at a lot of different financing options, different neighborhoods, and we had to get a house that was just perfect and did not need any major repairs. Rebekah scoured the MLS listings for us, even knew about houses not yet on the market, and she did the work on the back end so that we could flow seamlessly from house to house. When we did find the house and we knew that there were competing offers, she worked to get it done. Then when we had due diligence issues, she got us what we needed. She even mentored the inexperienced agent on the other side of the deal. I think it is her experience in a law firm for years that helped with that because she definitely knew how to negotiate. Anyway, we got the house; the perfect house, and I really do feel like I could not have done this on my own or even with any other agent. I highly recommend Rebekah as someone you can trust, who knows the market, and who is a realist who can get you the right house. Also, when we were looking, I wanted to see one of the houses that she was listing as a seller's agent, and the house was beautiful. She had gone in and moved things around and brought some things in. I was surprised that she was also a decorator on top of everything else. Talk about the full package right there!
