As a first time home owner, I had zero knowledge of the process of buying a home. Not only did Rebecca take the the time to help me EVERY step on the way to becoming a home owner, but she EXPLAINED everything to me as we went along. Some agents just want you to sign everything ASAP without fully reading and comprehending what it is. They also act as if you should know everything already which isn't fair. Not Rebecca, she lets you know up front to contact her about ANY questions you may have regarding the home buying process, and helps put your mind at ease. She asks for your price range, and preferences for your home (location, number of bedrooms/bathrooms etc.) and then immediately gets to work on searching for the perfect home for you. Holding nothing back, Rebecca sends any and all possible matches to you for you to review and possibly schedule an appointment to go out and walk through the house. Don't worry about not looking at enough houses or feeling like you may be missing something out there, because if it's on your preference list she will send it to you. Personally, we went to over 20 houses before finding the perfect one for me! After finding my perfect house and wanting to make an offer. Rebecca immediately got to work on a contract while keeping me in the loop on how the process was going. The rest of the process a piece of cake. From the inspection to the appraisal, and finally making it to closing. I felt confident each step of the way knowing Rebecca was in my corner. I am absolutely thrilled with the house I am in now and it's all thanks to Rebecca. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because she deserves so much more.
