So I stayed working with Rebecca almost 2 years ago from 7 states away from where I wanted to move and buy. She sent me weekly listings of the houses that checked all the boxes and when I would travel to Arkansas to actually look at homes a few times, Rebecca had it all set up and organized and after 18 months she found the perfect house for me and was a fantastic asset during the selling price negotiations and price. Rebecca did an outstanding job when we wanted to sell the house within a month. She provided us a price analysis sheet for similar properties in the nearby communities to decide selling price for our house. That really helped us to get offers. Though there were low ballers, she assisted to select the best offer which was a win win situation for us. The paper work after signing a contract was smooth and quick. I truly recommend her to those who wanted to buy or sale the house. Per my experience she is easily reachable and answer all the questions related to real estate.
