Rebecca Solis is the consummate professional. We met her quite by accident as we were casually looking at homes in the Escondido area. We had or 4-year-old grandson with us when we first met Rebecca and she answered his myriad questions and put him to work checking to see if the toilets flushed. He was enamored and so were we. Rebecca never shied away from showing us homes and answering OUR myriad questions. If she did not have the answer immediately, we could count on her to have the answer in a very short time. And she always came through with an answer. We signed the exclusive contract with her based on the trust that developed in the first few meetings. Eventually we found a home that we liked and she helped us put in an offer. After it was accepted there was an inspection. The inspection turned up many issues and concerns so Rebecca walked us through the process of rescinding our offer. She made it painless. We found the perfect home for us a few days later. Rebecca helped with securing a very short escrow because we had already sold our existing house. She was also involved with the little things that came up after the purchase and never let us feel neglected. We very highly endorse and recommend Rebecca Solis for any Real Estate need.
