My girlfriend and I were looking for a house that we loved that for two teacher budgets... and we had no experience whatsoever. Rebecca made us feel as at-ease as first time home-buyers could be and we love the home even more than we could have imagined. I put my house on the market last fall and was concerned that I had missed the best time to sell. Rebecca said it would not be a problem and she was certainly right. I had a bid for the asking price immediately. Unfortunately after a period of time the buyer backed out. Rebecca called me on a Sunday to tell me and on Monday had three showings. On Tuesday I had three bids and picked one. The asking price was more than I thought I could get and I received more than the asking price. The sale went quickly after that. Was very happy with how quickly the house sold and with the sale price.I
