My husband and I are first time homebuyers, so, as expected, we were neurotic idiots throughout the whole process. If it wasn't for Rebecca keeping us grounded, we probably would have passed out several times, and you can't place offers on homes if you're unconscious. Rebecca found us our dream home in the blink of an eye and secured it even faster. She answered all of our stupid questions and went above and beyond on every step of the process. We are so lucky to have Rebecca in our lives! I consider myself more than lucky to have had Rebecca as my agent during my home buying experience. Having just moved to Denver from New York City, my previous buying experience had been very different and I wasn't familiar with how the process would go. Having lived in the Denver area for years Rebecca has a deep knowledge of the market but also takes a lot of time to follow the trends, track sales of similar houses/neighborhoods and was really helpful in steering me in the right direction for houses/areas that were right. When I first started looking, Rebecca helped me decide what area is best for me, and over time we narrowed it down. Her communication was always crystal clear, there was no flakiness or moments where our expectations were different, I always knew what the plan was and what to expect. When it came time to make an offer, Rebecca always guided me on what a good, strong, offer would look like but never pushed me beyond my comfort zone in terms of what I felt okay spending or committing to. Even though a few offers were not accepted, I never felt frustrated, Denver is a competitive market. Rebecca was endlessly patient as the search continued and when an offer on my house was accepted, I knew it was the right house for me. Rebecca was nothing if not a true professional and superstar during the closing process. What should have been an easy closing ended up hitting some road blocks but Rebecca solved all of them without putting the closing in danger and made sure all parties were happy. The house is spectacular and more than I could have imagined, and Rebecca was more than an agent through the entire thing, she became a friend and I'm so lucky to have her! Her warmth, empathy, and understanding is truly what made my experience so wonderful and I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who knows Denver and wants to make sure her clients end up with the best house for them.
