We were under a time crunch to sell Grandma's house in order to finance her stay at the retirement home of her choice. Rebecca was able to walk us through the process and give us advice on how to stage the house for showings. When the offers started coming in, Rebecca was very prompt and professional in working through the offers and was able to line up an alternative offer immediately when the first offer did not pan out. She was also great in preparing us for the closing process. It was the first time I had ever sold a house, and Rebecca made it a great experience and I give her the highest recommendation.
