Scott & Diana helped me get a great deal on a Bank-owned property in East Orlando! I am a first time buyer who has rented my whole life- Scott helped me get into a 5-Bedroom home in our perfect area near UCF- he figured out several ways that got me into my home for almost no money. I mean almost NO money! I’ve known Scott for many years, but never worked with him professionally- I could immediately see why he is so well-known for being a great Realtor. He was with us every step of the way and always gave us great advice. He showed us homes on OUR schedule, even when we could tell it was not a convenient time for him. He recommended a great Lender and Home Inspector, both of whom went much farther than an extra mile to give us special attention, and saved us a LOT of money. Scott and Diana as Realtors do MORE than they promise, pay attention to every detail and do not ever forget to pay attention or remind us what was next. I am a first-time home buyer and Realtor Scott Garrison helped me buy my First home in Titusville! I am a home seller, and Scott Garrison recently helped me sell my home in East Orlando. Scott originally helped me buy this home several years ago, so when it came time to sell, I knew exactly who to call. Scott's marketing was fantastic. He put extra care and attention into the quality of the pictures, videos, drone photography and videos, 3-D tours, and the ad and marketing copy for my home. All of this worked exceptionally well and created fifteen showings in just 23 days on the market! When we had the first contract for over full price within 8 days, it came back with a very low appraisal.
