I feel like I know Scott Garrison well by now, and you can feel good if you are thinking about hiring Scott Garrison as your Realtor to either buy or sell a Central Florida home! He loves what he does, he is interesting to be with, and is way interested in Real Estate, and lots and lots of other things as well. He is not going to put you off to an Assistant or staff- you always get the real him. There is a lot of people he is probably helping at any one time, though he can make you feel like you are him most important client! There is probably nothing I can not ask him about that he either does not already know or could not find out easily. He helped my friends and family with Real Estate questions. Seems like most people would want a Realtor who is not too pushy but always keeps going forward to get good things accomplished for you. When buying, problems come up you can expect that, and he handles them one at a time. I met Scott Garrison here online. We are working together now to buy a bank owned home out here by UCF. I have been looking for about 6 months and have talked with and met several other real estate people during the process and have not found anyone I like better. He has been as much help to me as all of them together. Called him from this site and it took him a few calls to call me back (maybe that is just how it works- most other realtors never called me back at ever), but once he did he showed me the home I found on my own in Casselberry, which I ended up hating when I saw it, so he sent me a list of some other ones and I feel he is a big help to me now. He said once I am in his phone he will recognize the call and he is always there when I call him. When he calls me he calls himself My favorite Realtor so I guess he is! The list he sends me were just the kind of homes I wanted, and we have a short sale under contract now in Winter Park waiting to close. It is taking forever to get the contract approved by the sellers lender, not Scott Garrison fault, he told me it would take forever and I did not believe him. If this one does not work I would definitely stick with him on the next one.
